Agent Partner & Referral Terms
These terms govern participation as a listing agent partner on VA Home Connect, a lead-referral service operated by Shawn Keehan, a licensed Virginia real estate salesperson affiliated with Samson Properties.
Tiered referral fee schedule
When a seller lead sourced via VA Home Connect closes with your representation, a broker-to-broker referral fee is owed by your brokerage to Samson Properties at settlement. The fee is calculated on the gross listing-side commission you receive at closing:
Partner obligations
By submitting a proposal, you (and your affiliated brokerage) agree that the referral fee above becomes payable at settlement upon closing of the referenced transaction. Payment is due from your brokerage to Samson Properties within five (5) business days of closing.
You agree to execute a standard Virginia Association of REALTORS® Exclusive Right to Sell Listing Agreement with the seller through your brokerage after acceptance, and to disclose the referral arrangement as required by Virginia real estate license law.
Lead confidentiality
Seller contact information unlocked upon proposal acceptance is provided solely for the purpose of representing that seller. It may not be resold, redistributed, or used for unrelated marketing.
Termination
Either party may terminate participation at any time with written notice. Referral fees on transactions already in progress remain due at closing.
